What is a virtual office?
A virtual office is an essential aspect of small business life. The serivce allows a business owner to have a legitimate trading address from which to conduct their business. The office doesn't actually exist and merely acts as a 'mailbox' for their post to be sent to. Some choose to add a call answering service to their package while others simply forward calls to their mobile phones.
Do you provide call answering?
Cardiff Mailboxes do not provide call answering. We believe that this is a decreasingly essential part of a virtual office which is why we focus on the mailbox facility. The majority of our customers purchase automated call answering/forwarding solutions that work out cheaper and are therefore more financially viable.
Pricing and minimum terms
Pricing is on a pay-as-you-go basis with a minimum rental period of 3 months. The price per month for a standard mail box is £20.00 - this price includes VAT. We are able to handle larger parcels and can also arrange to forward your mail to a different address for a small extra charge.
